Courtney Tarantino

Courtney Tarantino has spent her adult life exposed to and working in the Luxury Real Estate market. Following her family roots from Pebble Beach, California, her family-owned and operated their own Design and Real Estate brokerage firm, Cusack Associates. 

In 2013, Courtney went out on her own as an independent agent in Sarasota with Atchley International Real Estate Co. She had the highest-priced Luxury home sale at Atchley International within a year. To broaden her real estate and development experience Courtney pursued an opportunity to join Lennar Corp., The Fortune 500 Company based in Miami, Florida to open and pre-sell a 1,675-door community in Lakewood Ranch. Through the position, Courtney became familiar with the design and development processes required to build out lifestyle resort living, golf course design, as well as pre-construction real estate sales. 

Courtney proudly joined the Longboat Key office at Coldwell Banker in 2016. Coldwell Banker has provided her a home where all her attributes and experience are used to their full potential. Additionally, before her Real Estate career, Courtney began at CNN in Atlanta Georgia, where she was accepted into an on-air internship. Courtney left CNN to pursue a passion for advertising and worked as an Account Executive for multimillion-dollar clients, Randall’s Supermarkets and Bank United in which she oversaw their marketing campaigns.

Courtney holds a B.A. in Speech Communications from Pepperdine University, in Malibu, California. Courtney lives near downtown Sarasota and the real estate markets she serves: Bird Key, Lido Key, Longboat Key, Casey Key, and in the luxurious communities of mainland Sarasota.
